About the session
Work gets stuck or flows where two people meet. This practical Enneagram lab focuses on alignment between colleagues. Participants will map real pair dynamics, use language that lowers threat and raises clarity, and craft small agreements that build trust over time. Drawing on Enneagram type, trifix, instinct stacks and more, Lucille and Simon will use their own 10+ year professional relationship as a live example and work with anonymized pair profiles to ground learning in real cases.
